Area of Governance

Area

The community government area to which this scheme applies is all that parcel of land situated within and adjacent to the Town of Borroloola in the Northern Territory of Australia, containing an area of 1,256 hectares.

Common Seal

The common seal of the council shall contain the words "Borroloola Community Government Council" and "Common Seal".

Wards

The wards which cover 1256 hectares together constitute The Borroloola Community Government area are:

• the Garawa ward

• the Mara ward

• the New Sub-division ward

• the Old Town ward; and

• the Yanyula ward
